Schedule crews and resources across projects, keep the workforce directory, and issue work packages and orders, with a separate workspace for contractors and subcontractors.
What you can do
Operations Dashboard
Portfolio, resource, operations and financial figures, each from stored data. A figure with no data says so instead of showing zero.
Crew and Resource Scheduler
A cross-project scheduler for crews and resources, with conflict detection.
Workforce Directory
People, crews, crew templates and equipment, with their availability.
Subcontractors
For general contractors: see your subcontractors and what is committed to them.
Work Packages and Orders
Jobs and work packages with their work-order status.
Contractor and Subcontractor workspaces
The workspace follows the business type saved in your Company Information, so each company sees the view that fits it.
How it works
1
Set up your company
Choose your business type in Company Information.
2
Plan crews and equipment
Add people, crews and equipment, then schedule them across projects and resolve conflicts.
3
Release the work
Issue work packages and track their work orders on the dashboard.
