Existing Conditions

Demolition, abatement and existing-conditions quantities for renovation, fit-out and adaptive reuse work.

Concrete

Concrete volumes come from the structural sections rather than plan area, reinforcing is weighed off the bar schedules into tonnage, and formwork is measured as square feet of contact area with the reuse assumption written down instead of buried in a rate.

Masonry

Metals

Lumber

Framing is taken off member by member and returned as a purchasable material list — pieces by dimension and length, board feet by species and grade, sheathing in sheets, hardware counted — so a yard can quote it without redrawing your scope first.

Finishes

Mechanical/HVAC

Equipment comes off the schedules, ductwork is measured by size and gauge so the sheet metal weight is real, and hydronic piping is taken run by run with fittings counted rather than carried as a percentage.
